About Us

The Capital Dugout team is led by Frank Gailey with 30 years of baseball experience on and off the field; including 13 years in professional baseball. He brings his passion for baseball, the mental approach, and lessons learned to our Canberra community.   

Our team philosophy is to lead the way in Canberra, and ultimately Australia, in the engagement and mentorship of young athletes in order for all to succeed on and off the field as the future in baseball and in our community.
